Redefine Point

This mode allows to change the definition of points. If you move any point using this mode it will be "detached" from its original definition and become a free point. When you release the mouse, the definition of the point will be updated according to the elements at the mouse pointer.

Synopsis

Change the definition of a point by detaching and re-attachingn it.

Caution

It is not possible to create circular dependencies using this mode. For example, you cannot define a point to be an intersection point of two circles that depend on the point itself.

Redefining points with special properties (for example in CindyLab) might lead to strange and unwanted effects.
